Research Background and Interests:
My primary research interests are artefact design and behavioral analysis in digital communications and interactions (e.g., m-commerce, user-generated content, and online social influence). Particularly, I am interested in discovering how user interactions with IT artefacts can lead to additional business value, and/or generate societal benefits, such as collective intelligence and environmental sustainability impacts. Apart from my main research interests, I also welcome papers that are interdisciplinary and/or challenge prevailing theoretical paradigms from the angle of artefact design.
Although I am open to both quantitative and qualitative methods, in my past studies, I mostly employed quantitative methods, which include lab experiments, field experiments, and surveys. I am keen to review papers that utilize mixed methods. I am however not well-versed with econometrics studies.
