I am generally interested in topics related to IT strategy and IT impacts at various levels (team, firm, networks, processes, etc.). My research focuses on:

  • IT-enabled business networks: In this research stream, I am particularly interested in identifying the complementary organizational resources and capability that can be combined with IT resources and capabilities to promote effective business network coordination and create business value
  • Digital innovation: In this research stream, I am particularly interested in understanding the role of IT in driving and facilitating process and product innovations and how the institutional environment of different regions and/or countries shapes the efficacy of digital innovation

Methodological Interests:
I am open to any research method. I use archival data, survey, experiment, and case study in my own research. I welcome papers that apply new research methods to enrich our understanding on information technology.
